- SASteven School AlchemyFeb 22, 20261.0needs new employees. they were not coherent on the phone. told me my battery had a dead cell so i bought a new one. turns out my battery was fine and the starter was the problem. expensive it cost me. poor service. ignoring customers. could answer simple questions. wouldnt install a battery i bought. wouldnt pull the codes out of my vehicle. i ended up going to a competitor. enough money wasted here.
