  I’ve been going to misters for years now, first it was Bellevue location until 1000 commerce was built. I’ve had 0 problems ever since this location has opened but last Sunday I went and it was a super busy day and everything was okay until my car got stuck on the rails right before the light turned green. (I own a 2013 ford mustang gt) And by stuck I mean although my car was fully on, I still couldn’t get out of the rails, no matter how heavy I pressed on the gas my car went on full stuck mode when I was on drive not neutral. it was something that shocked & had me scared at once. My car was on but still , I was pressing on the gas but it wouldn’t go at all… the man in a black suv behind me was beeping at me, I quickly turned my hazards on and I had little no time to think and had no choice but to put my car on park and turn it off just to turn it back on and put it on drive, I felt my car weirdly shake , I had the biggest feeling in my gut that it damaged my car because of the way it felt and what I had to do, it ripped off the bottom Plastic on my car which I didn’t notice until I got home. Right after the incident I quickly pulled aside and apologized to the man behind me, he told me it was okay he almost hit me and that it’s not the first time he’s seen it happen to somebody… i opened my hood to check my car and didn’t see nothing smoking or nothing leaking from the bottom and I assumed it was all okay, I only live 3-4 minutes away from my home. I calmly drove home and as I got home I told my mom about it and we checked out my car it seemed fine until i seen the bottom plastic coming off the bottom of my car and that feared me, I then turned my car on to take it for a drive and halfways to sonic my car starts to slow down and feel super weak, I was pressing on the gas and it wasn’t going anymore.. I pulled over quickly and put my hazards on just to see smoke coming out of my exhaust, (and note my car is in perfect shape and I’ve had it checked out plenty of times. It’s my first love and I take more care of it than my own self so I know my car was functioning all okay) my rpms quickly went up and down and my car started to sound super weird and not right at all, I quickly hop in my car leave my hazards on and my car felt so weak but also so heavy in the same time, I was only able to go around 15-20 mph if not it felt like I was going to push it and it was going to be even worse , I was thankfully only 1 minute away from my house so I let my car push itself, I know this happened at the car wash and I’m so disappointed. Having to get it taken care of now… and moneys more tight than balls and I’m not even joking. (update after a week of dealing with it after they told me they will pay for the damages and take responsibility and now they will not do anything and I have to deal with it myself, officially suing this place.
