  The chargers are in the parking lot shared with an Auto Zone, Target, and Ross just off the 5 freeway at Osborne. Easy egress, but you must be careful when exiting the lot towards the freeway because you will make a left turn across several lanes of traffic.

  This is not fast charging by any means. The speed is comparable to what we used to get on our 7-year-old Model X with an aging battery and way older technology or possibly even slower. For reference, we're currently charging our Rivian R1S and after 45 minutes, we've only gained 119 miles. That’s unacceptable for a 'fast charger.' We've already paid $37 for this session, and it's still ongoing as I write this. To make it clear, this charging rate is after we turned off the AC—because the car actually prompted us that the charging speed had reduced when we switched on the AC. And this is in the middle of July, no less. Meanwhile, five cars are waiting in line. This experience is far below expectations. At other charging stations, we consistently get 450–600 miles per hour. This is, hands down, the worst charging experience we’ve had, especially with a new vehicle and battery. EVgo really needs to improve their infrastructure
