  I bought an alternator at this location. At the same time, I turned in the core alternator. The new alternator didn't fit, so I returned it. They refunded me the money, minus the core. They stole from me $44.20.

  I visited this autozone at around 8:00pm February 13 2026. After about 5-7 minutes of walking around and looking at the tools, I decided to leave. Before walking out the door the security was being very disrespectful and treated me like a shoplifter in front of other costumers. He told me that next time, I cant take more than 3 minutes of being at their location without purchasing anything, and advised it was store policy. I’ve never experianced anything like this as im a regualr customer of autozone. This was my first time at this location and customers should not be treated this way. I guess customers aren’t allowed to wear work clothes when coming to this location as it seemed to be an issue.
