  Pesimo servicio cero professional los trabajadores de ese refaccionaria pareciera que aborrecen a cada cliente que entra a esa refaccionaria, te abientan las cosas no responden la information basica que les preguntas de tus autopartes y eso no es muy agradable para un servicio que estas pagando no volvere a ese lugar

  I came in this morning needing ten lug bolts. Dominic had six in stock, got me sorted, and then asked if there was anything else he could help with while I was there. That's when things got impressive. I had a check engine light I'd been ignoring and a motorcycle battery I was pretty sure was dead. He ran the code scan in the parking lot for free, diagnosed a coolant temp sensor issue, and told me exactly what I was looking at — not an emergency, around $50 part, something I can handle myself. Then he pulled my bike battery in, clamped it to a charger, and told me to come back in a couple hours. While all of this was happening, there was a shoplifting situation going on outside. Dominic handled it without breaking stride and never once made me feel like an inconvenience. I came back at noon. Battery charged to 98%. Bike is going back on the road. Free diagnostics, free battery test, real conversation, zero pressure. Dominic knows his stuff and actually seems to enjoy the work. That is rare. This location has a regular customer now.

  I came to this auto zone needing a new car battery. Dominic Resendez was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable! He made what could’ve been a very stressful situation very simple and smooth! I would come again for anything else needed for my car, great service overall here !

  Two gentlemen who helped me during my visit. One of the gentlemen who helped me with check out and let me know that he was going to lunch and another associate will be there to put my wipers on my vehicle.
