  The owner that answered the phone was incredibly rude during the entire duration of a phone call of me attempting to get a quote on a job that would make him easily over 1 thousand dollsrs. When I stated I did not know the exact length of the bus he continued to cut me off when I explained I was actively asking the seller of the bus length. This is a very impolite man that should noy be working directly with customers if the second they seem half clueless he defaults to aggression and laughing at us, LAUGHING at us, when we stated something incorrect. This was the most unprofessional and unpleasant phone call I have had in ages. I will never be doing business here because of this man.

  We cannot truly say thank you enough for getting us unburied from the Samoa Sand Dunes. We had tried ourselves, another vehicle tried to help us and we called John in. At that point the rain was starting again, it was dark and the gates were locked to the dunes. John still came, pulled us out and then helped us navigate the crazy terrain to get out. Thank you, thank you John! I still think your Scout needs a name!! The Beast or The Rescuer. We are forever grateful for your service!
