I explained multiple times that the accident happened today, yet I was repeatedly asked the same question. When I expressed confusion about next steps, the representative seemed annoyed. I'm a very step-by-step person, so understanding the process matters to me. Being told "we just handle the rental, the collisions department will handle it" without further explanation felt dismissive. Clear guidance would have been helpful. If you're not a people person (@ the Asian girl black hat, with glasses and long nails) perhaps not work at a customer facing job? Complaining about how you need to send an email back to X to your coworker infront of a customer is so unprofessional. Maybe you don’t like your job, that’s fine, but don’t start complaining infront of a customer… And the fact that she said mam to me was so rude. Mam, you're older than me!

- CSChristian SpeckJan 23, 20261.0DO NOT use this company, Especially the Roseville, CA location - Until they train - or fire- their employees to keep them from lying about what “I said” about supposed damage to the vehicle they claimed happened during my rental.When I called to ask that the “damage” report be corrected to reflect what I really said (notably whatever “damage” occurred did not happen while I was operating the car…and if DID happen, which was unlikely, it would have happened while car was parked). The later manager I spoke to asking them to correct - what so said- insisted her employee had not lied -wasn’t there- and then hung up on me. (The enlarged photo will show the plastic bumper was not properly attached-and the employee rubbed dust off and said it was a “scratch”)
