- JTJeremy TranDec 24, 20251.0TThis is the worst Enterprise branch I have ever rented from. We rented a vehicle from 10/02/2025 to 11/05/2025. When we returned the car on 11/05, the employee assisting us, Pebble, had a terrible attitude toward my son while he was simply trying to clarify the final charges, especially since we also needed documentation for the body shop. Because Enterprise requires a credit card to remain on file, they proceeded to charge our card three separate times—on 11/05, 11/19, and 12/24—without any clear explanation. The final invoice had already been settled and the vehicle was returned on 11/05, so there should have been no additional charges. When I called again on 12/24 to ask what the latest charge was for, the same employee, Pebble, answered the phone and was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly cut me off while I was speaking and, when I explained that the charges had already been paid, she abruptly transferred me to Enterprise customer service instead of addressing the issue. She also stated that the EV recharge fee had nothing to do with her branch—if that is the case, it should have been clearly disclosed either at the time of rental or when the vehicle was returned. This location has serious issues with customer service, communication, and billing transparency. If you choose to rent from this branch, be prepared to closely monitor your credit card statements.
