    I just had a tire repaired at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Apple Valley and they were awesome!! They were quick and friendly. I realize I need a new set of tires and I will only get them here. Highly recommend!

    Transmission service was quoted at $130 and when I arrived it was $225. Time to complete was estimated at 2 hours, it took 6 hours until I received a call.

    The best guys. Period! So quick, perfect job, friendly and understanding group. My truck was shaking uncontrollably at low speeds. They found it was a bubble in the tire, and took care of me immediately. I almost wish I had more tire problems just so they could take care of it!

    After keeping my vehicle for over five hours, I was contacted and informed they could not perform the alignment because they were “too busy.” This was especially confusing given that I dropped the car off when there were no vehicles waiting and only two cars on the racks. I was then referred to their sister location and told that, due to the inconvenience, a small discount would be applied. Based on that representation, I rushed to pick up my vehicle and drove to the sister shop in another city. Upon arrival, I was quoted a higher price than the original location. When I mentioned the promised discount, the service writer dismissed it as something ‘between me and them’ and refused to honor it. I ultimately left without having the service performed. While the cost itself was not the issue, the breakdown in communication and professionalism made it clear why the sister location didn’t seem particularly busy. Notably, there were no vehicles being worked on at the time. Would give 0 stars if I could to both locations. 👎
