  I went in for a warranty issue and although I had a hard time finding the original purchase info Cesar took his time and went above and beyond to make sure he found it for me. 100% recommend visiting this store for any needs.

  I called to see if they could help me switch out a new battery I did not buy with them. I have no tools and I’m a chick. They were super nice and agreed to help me and I came down and Amy came right out and switched my battery for me. When a piece she could do came up, Fred stepped right in and got me going again! I am so grateful to both of them. Now I can go to work! Thank so much again for saving the day for me!

  I’ve been into Apple Valley AutoZone, both on Bear Valley and Highway 18. I’ve ran across about six male employees. I am a female. I told him what part I needed. I had him check my check engine light. Replace four the sensors , With no help from them. I came in yesterday for the last sensor. I told him what I needed and it’s not the first time every employee has argued with me and told me I needed a professional mechanic. I didn’t know what I was talking about wanted to sell me the wrong sensor. Just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about. I went down to Napa got the right sensor that I wanted in the first place and fix my car. It runs fine. These guys are chauvinistic and they need to stop. I will not go back to AutoZone.

  I came into the store to get my car battery checked, and Michael S. assisted me. It turned out I needed a new battery, but thankfully it was still under warranty.Michael was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and made everything quick and stress free. He provided excellent customer service and was very friendly and professional.I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this location because of the great service I received!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Amy. I came in trying to replace the battery in my car key fob and was worried I had almost broken it. Amy stepped in right away, knew exactly what to do, and helped me fix it quickly and professionally. She made the whole process fast and stress-free. Really appreciated how helpful, knowledgeable, and kind she was. Great customer service — thank you, Amy!
