  Don’t live nor have been to California but accidentally ordered a part for my car that resides in Minnesota but had to call to get a refund and Chris happily helped me and provided me with all the details needed for my refund, store number, receipt number and his name just incase something went wrong. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much for your time and help! You rock Chris!

  Associate Deago W. was very professional, explaining detailed info about our battery, alternator and what Auto Zone covers warranty wise, also explained that Auto Zone reccomends a higher amp battery for electric cars/button start cars. Overall, he took time to explain our options in order for us to make an informed purchase. Way to go Deago W. Thanks for all of your time and knowledge shared with customers!   Go here if you know what your doing. I half new what I needed and being here didnt feel welcoming at all the lady seemed to have an attitude and was bothered that I couldn't tell her exactly what I need when in my eyes I did. But all she could say was ask who ever is helping you with the car. This is why brick and motor stores are fading out with online no one wants to go and be treated like this and you also need to fix your inventory. Shows you have items on stock and they tell me they need to order it that it will take a couple days .
