This place was a headache. Couldn’t get the chargers to work. Kept having to switch over to another one

EVGO drives me crazy. The chargers are offline or need to be reset more than a reasonable amount. At this location, Raheem hasn't worked in weeks. Donna is fine. A few weeks before that, Donna was the one taking the day off. When I called support they were unhelpful. Usually they are able to remotely reset the charger but not that time.
