    terrible experience. Arrogant manager and discrimination against tourists. ​"Avoid this location. I reserved a car in advance, but the manager made me wait for 2 hours just to deny my rental because I am a tourist. I presented valid documents (Mexican License and US Visa), which are accepted by Enterprise corporate policy, but the manager was arrogant, condescending, and completely lacked empathy. He didn't care that he left me stranded without a car after wasting my time. If you are visiting from another country, do NOT come here. They don't know their own policies and treat customers poorly.

    I think paying attention to details when sending people out in rentals should be a priority. I utilize enterprise thru my insurance company. The first car they ran through their car wash for some reason they don’t dry or vacuum them. This vehicle smelled of cigars, it that was so strong it immediately gave me a migraine. I brought it back switched it out for another vehicle. The second vehicle they didn’t bother running thru their car wash. It was muddy in certain areas and to make things worse the tire pressure light came on as I was on the freeway going work. All 4-tires needed air.
