  I was extremely satisfied by all members of the staff that I worked with. The saleswoman, Monica, was well versed about the unit I purchased and took me step by step through the process. The finance department had a no pressure approach on updates or the like. They gave the options and left the choice to you. I would highly recommend this outlet!

  Took my money on an order and held it for over a month. I attempted to find out when my order was going to be shipped and it took three different calls to finally find out it was backordered with no ETA. Absolute terrible customer service. I’m glad I’ve never tried to buy something as big as an RV from them. Stay away.See less

  We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Camping World of Anderson! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Our salesperson, Michael VerMaas, was by far the best person we could have worked with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, walked us through every detail, and made sure we felt completely confident in our decision. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way Michael does. We were also so impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was in both the parts department and the financing department. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. The financing process was clearly explained and stress-free, and the parts team made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. If you are in the market for a new or used trailer, do yourself a favor and ask for Michael VerMaas personally. You won’t regret it! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the incredible service we received. Highly recommend Camping World of Anderson!

  I arrived and needed assistance with a specialty part. I dealt with Sales Specialist Brian Crites, who was more than helpful and had all the right answers. He dropped what he was doing during a rush hour to help me without issue, being very attentive. Customer service was great and was personable. Thank you Brian!

  Worse experience!! I was trying to buy a travel trailer with this company and I am so glad the loan was never accepted. The sales men were not friendly and would always say they would call you back and never did. I am a first time purchaser however they were unwilling to work with me. Had two different sales men working on my file mind you. Had a co signer had money down, had everything I thought I needed to purchase a unit. Finally yesterday I got a call back from the finance manager. My sales men didn't even have the courtesy to call me back! Made the finance manager do it and was told pretty much in a round about way that I told you we can't sell you one have a good day. Like what a very upset customer!
