  Ian and his colleague [Shane I think] went above and beyond to help in a conundrum. I had backed into a spot with a heavy tree overhanging and one of the vent lids was shattered. It was going to rain and I do not travel with a ladder [now I may] to get on the roof to put the new one on. Service was closed on Sunday [things always happen on Sundays or Fridays lol] and Ian - who works in parts, was all in to help fix the lid and also the vent pipe that had snapped off; amazing help and so thankful for them all.

  I had a little bit mixed opinions about camping world.. I think the sales people can be a little intrusive. but I had my RV in there after a little fender bender on the freeway and the insurance company kept sending a payout when the estimate hadn't even been completed.. well upon their evaluation the collision department found the frame was bent!! and they had to do a total loss on the camper. I'm so glad they found the damage and I didn't end up with a messed up trailer that I still had 9 years of payments on, I'm very grateful!!

  I liked how everybody was kind and nice. I didn't like how I talked to the people for two weeks on getting a 7 way , and a stabilizer hitch put on and they did not have it ready when I arrived.... So unfortunately I was not able to pick up my trailer yesterday on 4/18, unfortunately I have to now go back next sat n drive an extra 2 hours back.

  Well we’re not done as yet. More to come on later. But for starters, The fella I walked up to cold turkey, to start to inquire as to a few questions I might have had BUT, as I was walking into tour store, an employee was just getting off, and readying himself to go Boogie and have some fun with his friends. As he raised one of his arms so as to jesture to another fellow employee who I saw sitting in his sales spot watching time go by as this one character said to his friend !! “ I’m outa here dude, so I’ll see you later on Dude! Well I couldn’t have changed that young one’s mind, so I walked over to a salesman’s office door and asked him, His name is Cliff, and Boy oh Boy was this fine young person ( introduced as Cliff ) ready and as I found out as I got to know him ( Cliff ), Wow I was impressed with everything he wanted me to know, and he’d get it or he found it what I wanted. THIS GUY IS MY KINDA SALESMAN, and knows his stuff about what’s in his tool box, which I agreed with his presentation, and we’re not done just yet, but he’s got us rolling in the right direction, as to what it is, , now just tightening up on some Essentials. We Believe Cliff, is very knowledgeable about his prouducts. KUDOS CLIFF, bring this one to a close. Your doing well, Much appreciate your interest you put into your Sales position. KUDOS YOUNG MAN…

  From start to finish, this was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and exactly as promised- no surprises, no pressure, just solid, honest business. Cliff was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood everything and got what I needed. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience, not just making a sale. John, the general manager, stepped in at the end and made sure everything was handled right. When a last-minute issue came up, he took care of it without hesitation and made it right. That says a lot about how they run things. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining everything and installing my hitch. The deal stayed exactly as agreed, the process was smooth, quick, calm and they even went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. That kind of service is hard to find. Camping World of Anderson gave me such a great experience that I will always return to them, no matter where my travels take me. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone—this is how buying should be done. Thank you to all the staff!
