  One of the most awful experiences I’ve had with customer service. I took my Moms car in to get a wash over month ago. They didn’t secure the back wiper and it damaged the wiper. I called customer service and was told they wouldn’t be able to help. My mom went to fill out an incident report. It was approved and yet the manager Rodrigo still hadn’t made an effort to contact me or my mother. He has all the information but isn’t making an effort to resolve this. When I call or email customer service they tell me they can’t help. I ended up in an argument with the guy over text for their condescending attitudes and when I called customer service to complain they hung up on me. This whole process has been insane. My mother is disabled so I wanted this membership so she would get her car washed without doing it herself. But the customer service has changed my mind entirely about their service. The manager knows what’s going on and refuses to resolve this. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I couldn’t because this is a store issue. It’s pissing me off again just thinking about how they treated me and mother.

  Went yesterday 4/27 worst experience ever. On Easter I paid $8 and yesterday was $13 for the wash. Neither of the overhead rollers went on and the strap things that hang weren’t moving. They’ve also removed the air hoses to blow out the mirrors and grills. Won’t be returning

  Went here for the 2nd time just to rinse off my car. It stopped halfway thru the service and I drove out with soap still all over my vehicle. No one directed us to pull over, I happened to notice that my car wasn't the only one this happened too so I followed the car in front of me where someone came out with a hose to rinse their car off. I. Asked someone what happened with the blowers at the end and all they replied was that the wash wasn't working correctly. Thank you captain obvious. I waited for them to finish rinsing the car in front of me. The hose had barely any water coming out of it and as that car got rinsed, the soap started to dry on my car. Finally got to pull up and she half 'rinsed' my car. I asked her if she could change the setting on the nozzle and she looked at me like I was crazy but did and went over my window only. I asked her multiple times to go over parts of my car that had the dried soap and she sighed with annoyance and asked if there was anything else snarkily. I was over it at this point. I will never go back to this place.
