  Jesse from the service department is always very helpful , very communicative, and always takes consideration of your vehicle as he always does to my truck anytime I have a problem or a maintenance that can leave my vehicle in the shop for weeks but he always seems to be on top of his work and mechanics making sure they’re setting a deadline on taking your ride out of there and informing you more then anything in the time frame , so thank you Jesse!

  I had an excellent experience and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive.   I had the best buying experience at this dealership. Working with Jesus on purchasing my first Diesel. Working with Scott the sales manager getting the deal done. Drove out with my new truck in 45 mins. I am never buying from anywhere else! Just took my truck in for service 4 months after purchasing. The awesome customer service didn’t end. Sean was on top of everything and made my service easy and quick! Finally found my hometown dealership! Thanks Hardin !

  This has been the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had so far. Purchased a used 2021 Yukon from Hardin GMC. Started having oil consumption issues with the truck from the first month a brought it home. After several times of bring it back every 1k miles for oil consumption test, it was decided that it needed a new motor. Thankfully the extended warranty covered the cost of the motor. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I was promised. Because the extended warranty covered warranty was done through Ally Insurance, the motor put in my truck didn’t even come from GMC, as matter of fact GMC doesn’t even know where Ally get these motors from. For all I know it was from a junk yard. Not only that, now I only have 12 months warranty on this refurbished motor, hopefully nothing will happen to it, mind you I’ve only had the truck for 2 years. After reaching out to GMC CUSTOMER CARE and the Owner himself from Hardin GMC, no help was offered. Now im left with what I owe on the truck and if anything happens to this new (refurbished) motor after 12 months I will be screwed. My options are to buy another extended warranty or trade it in, which will mean I would lose on all the money I put as a down payment (which was a lot). All I wanted was a reliable vehicle for my family for a while, all I have now is stress and debt. If anyone knows of a good lawyer that may help with this issue please let me know, thanks.
