- VSVivian San1 day ago4.0Had a solid experience here across two rentals a few days apart. First rental (Saturday): SNA airport → this location. The after-hours return instructions on the website are incorrect; it directs you to the Hilton Anaheim, but they won’t accept returns. You can return directly here instead; the gate is open and there’s a key drop box. Second rental (Monday): this location → LAS airport. There was about a 30-minute wait from check-in to getting on the road due to technical issues, but the staff were friendly and helpful. I was given a nearly new Toyota Camry with under 2,000 miles, clean, comfortable, and drove great. Overall, positive experiences both times, with great staff and quality vehicles; just be aware of the incorrect after-hours instructions.

The staff really helpful, understanding and kind, any questions i had regarding the car were answered with patience. The car i rented was good AND did not present any problem. Good service i will definetely use again
