  Same thing as another review. Got a rental car from insurance while my car was in repair. The guy told me I needed to leave $100 deposit. He did not say he was going to charge anything else. When I returned the vehicle I asked about it and he acted like if I was dumb, because supposably he did tell me which he did not, I am not stupid. So I argued That I couldn't have agreed for that charge since the insurance was taking care of that and I wouldn't put any out of pocket money for something that wasn't my fault. He refunded $30 plus my deposit plus supposably for returning 2 days early. But then the next day I checked my account and I received the refund, but I also got charged $145 for who knows what because I have called and no one knows what the charge is for. I was supposed to receive a call back and still haven't! This place charges our card without authorization and then claims they had notified us. Be carefull! Don't rent here.

  My Insurrance send me to this place for rent a car while waiting for my car to fix, when we sign for leasing they ask it i want to buy extra Insurrance but i already told them ill used my Insurrance for protection. But when i return the car they still charge me for extra Insurrance and blame me that dont give out clearly order so they just add extra Insurrance for the rental. How is it not clear when i said ill used my Insurrance for protection.? And they denied to take off the full charge, just waive 3 days . I feel like they are trick me to charge extra for this rental. So very careful if u come here to rent a car. U my get scam for extra charge.

  Riley at Anaheim Enterprise really took great care of me. I needed a rental and she went out her way to get me a minivan while mine was in the shop getting repairs after an accident. Having twins who are in band and athletics I often need to haul lots of kids and equipment and Riley was able to hook me up with a minivan when other rental companies failed. Thank you Riley of Anaheim Enterprise for going the extra mile and taking such great care of me and my family when we really needed it. If you need a rental car go see Riley and the rest of the Anaheim Enterprise team. They’re the best!

  We were trying to return our rental car to two other Enterprise locations, both of which states they closed at 5 but upon arrival no one was there to help us. after two failed attempts we tried the one on Euclid and they were beyond helpful. We worked with Jannely and she made it a smooth return. She also got us a ride back to our hotel for the inconvenience. She took a stressful situation and fixed everything in a matter of 5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend the enterprise on Euclid.
