  Had no issues renting a car at this location. I scheduled for 8:30am since a few reviews mentioned having trouble right at opening time. Josh was welcoming, attentive and great to work and chat with. Pick up and return was as simple as could be.

  Absolutely terrible experience they literally lied to us about having a car available to rent so we walked half an hour just for us to realize the truth then have to walk the opposite way we came to actually rent a car

  Made a reservation over the phone walked 30 minutes only to get told they don’t have a vehicle

  Ed was great! He helped us make sure we left right on time with no delays. Left the Pixar Hotel at exactly 8am!
