  Boy let me tell you there is no other company that does better Business than Sixt. Easy fast rental and great reliable car. I absolutely loved my Corolla. Thank you to Mr. Johnny for The professional and easy rental if it was up to me I'd say that this guy deserves a big raise for being such a great host. Thank you Sixt 🙏

  I always get my rental car’s from this location. Great selection and great prices. I love how attentive they are with their customers. Johnny is always top notch with his customer service, he explains everything about the rental process. Thank you Johnny for your customer service

  We had booked a car for some days for our holiday session at another sixt and we really had a lot of trouble with them and deliberately a hard time as we booked a car and when we went to pick it up they said they didn’t have any available car. That really messed us up as we didn’t know what to do or who to turn to. That until Rodney at this specific sixt really fixed us up and did whatever he could possible to help us to our problem and solve that little situation we had going on. He really fixed our holidays and we, me and my family, are really so grateful to come upon him. Thank you for this great and for sure helpful experience.

  The worst experience ever. I booked 2 cars. After one hour of being there the told me they didn’t have them. To go to the airport in Santa Ana. Of course in the airport they said they are a franchise and that there were no cars and that they didn’t have the obligation to honor their rentals It took me hours to find cars and ALAMO saved my life and trip they even tried to honor the price I had. Really; I am a travel agent and this has never happened before. Anaheim Sixt doesn’t honor their rentals so DONT RISK IT! . DONT BOOK HERE

  I recently rented a vehicle from SIXT for a one-day trip from Las Vegas to Anaheim, and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. This was my first time using SIXT, and it will be my last. The rental process between the pickup and drop-off locations was inconsistent, and I felt as though the company was attempting to hold us responsible for pre-existing damage. The vehicle—a black RAV4—had numerous scratches at pickup. The app provided for documenting damage would not allow photo uploads, so the staff instructed us to simply take our own photos. I pointed out additional scratches, and they assured me it was fine. The car was parked in a dim garage, making it difficult to capture clear, detailed images. Upon returning the car in Anaheim, the staff member thoroughly inspected the vehicle and documented every minor scratch, claiming three scratches were “new.” This was not possible, as we drove the vehicle for only four to five hours with a single stop. When we explained this, the representative emphasized that we had not purchased SIXT’s insurance and instead booked through Expedia, implying this was the issue. He used a specialized tool that highlights scratches without reflection—something not provided to us at pickup and which would have allowed us to better document the vehicle’s pre-existing condition. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend SIXT. If you choose to rent from them, be prepared to be held responsible for even the slightest pre-existing damage
