  第一次在美國租車 非常慶幸遇到Aizaz他非常的耐心跟我講解內容及項目 即便我們沒辦法那麼快用英文溝通他也非常耐心跟我們講解也跟我們告知了一些注意事項 這邊可以甲地取車乙地還車 甚至在最後一天還有接駁車載我們去機場搭飛機讓我們非常方便 車子也都很好開 如果未來還有機會也會想要繼續承租 來自台灣的顧客

  Do not recommend. I reserved a basic sedan for 1 day use. I used their website, made my payment and received email confirmation of vehicle , location pick up and time of pick up, also receipt of payment. I get dropped off at the location on Katella in Anaheim only to find out my reservation is not honored by them. According to the rep. although the reservation was completed on from THEIR website, it is from a 3rd party and bookings are not always accurate. Rep. said he could complete an "upgrade" rental. I feel this was a bait and switch situation, they confirmed everything and don't honor it, but for more money they would get me another car. I left without a car, called customer service line and after going through the unhelpful virtual representative system for a few minutes I was able to speak to a live representative. The rep. was unable to explain why the rental was not honored or what the miss connection was. They agreed to cancel the rental and refund my money. Now I have to wait 3-5 Business days for my refund. Waste of time and, pending my refund, Waste of money.

  We have been renting from sixt for over 2 years now, 30+ vehicles and they are the best for everything. Best for choice, best for customer service and price. Johnny from Anaheim office is amazing, he gives us the best service and will accommodate our very specific needs and wants whenever we change our rental vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend any other company!

  States that debit cards are accepted. Then states that debit cards from "new banks" are not accepted. Bank in question is Stride Bank, founded in 1913.

  Rodney and his manager are a fantastic pair of humans Rodney really helped us get on the road. It was a rainy day. We ran late and yet he helped us get on a family trip that was critical. Thank you, Rodney.
