  They take reservations but dont hold them. I made a reservation for 930am however when I arrived they didnt have a car ready and said the earliest one available would be in 5 hours. No prior notification was sent out from the establishment so I could make alternative ride/rental arrangements before arriving.

  Convenient location, but do not recommend if you need to be on a schedule. Small location and very slow.

  National and Alamo share the same location and same employees so posting here as well: Standing in a line that has over 10 parties behind me but when I got into line had 6 parties in front of me. So it is busy here on the Friday before Christmas. However they have two people working the counter intermittently (with one that is consistently working the counter). The problem is that the one that is primarily at the counter does not seem to work with any urgency or desire to lessen the wait of all the people waiting for him. From just walking in and out from behind the desk to showing people which cars are available in the lot…what should seemingly take a short amount of time takes quadruple the time. If you’re going to rent from here, especially close to a busy time…don’t expect to leave within an hour. I’ve been here for 90 minutes. Update: they are out of cars. However I did have a reservation for my car over two months ago. Definitely don’t recommend. And I waited 95 minutes for them to tell me that.

  I have been renting long term usually 10 month rentals for the last 8 years with various locations, this year chose this location which handled everything professionally and made sure I have the vehicle that best suits my business needs, also I want to bring special attention to Jessie at this location who extremely handled my first month rewrite with extreme professionalism and took the time to make sure it was properly processed.
