NO IF YOU HAVE STROLLER! NOT SAFE! DISNEYLAND PARKING LOT TWO MAJOR SAFETY INCIDENTS HAPPENED because attendants force you to fold strollers to get in the tram. FIRST; One lady has to hold his son and bags and had to fold the stroller and carry it herself. Her son slipped and HIT HIS HEAD TO GROUND. Nobody even helped her. They accused the boy has autism, so what? IS IT OK FOR AN AUTISTIC KID TO HIT HIS HEAD? When we say how dangerous it is to leave kids their strollers, attendants still claim it is safer for kids to drive on their guardians lap without a seat and a belt, omg really? Didn’t you just see what happened. How can you still ignore the incident and defend your safety rules when a kid hit his head to ground and still keeps crying on the ground while we expect you to claim responsibility. SECOND; my baby’s bottle fell down under the tram, because I had to fold the stroller while I carry stroller and the bags and hold the child at the same time. Most cold attendant said I had to drive ahead and then come back with another tram to get back the bottle from lost and found. Is it an acceptable service if you are in Disneyland - place for kids, and paying $60 for so called reserved parking? They are not asking to fold wheelchairs, why not for strollers? And if they do, doesn’t they have to provide a child seat? All kids fall asleep on the way back and they all wake up and cry because of this so called safety stroller folding rules. What a way to end a disney day!

The parking lot is very spacious, with plenty of great parking spaces. But on rainy days, they should prioritize the covered spaces for those who arrive earlier. We arrived early to park in a covered spot, because we knew it would rain all day, and unfortunately, we were surprised to find that they started filling the uncovered spaces first. Just a suggestion... start with the covered spaces on rainy days.

I like this parking lot because it does move rather quickly, but, you need to give yourself a long time still. It can get very crowded very quickly and it still does time to get through. Staff/cast members are fabulous-I hope you guys are paying them a living wage or more, because they're amazing!

Rating is for the girl named “Kay” at Security. Brought my 16 year old son from El Paso, TX for the first time to Disney. First 20 mins into park and she was rude as we were coming through security. If you don’t want to work at Disney, it’s always a choice. Now credit is due where it’s earned, our parking attendant was super nice when we paid for parking. Those folks are awesome, security personnel like “Kay” talk down to you.
