- TNTimothy NeufarthJan 7, 20263.0Went in for a transmission flush and 5 minutes later my check engine light comes on for a p0420 bank 1 02 sensor located in the same area as the transmission drain plug went back and now have to wait for the manager to call me back sometime tomorrow I have a 2021 ford expedition I see no way an o2 sensor would go out on my vehicle in 5 years even that I only use 91 octane or better I have owned this vehicle for not even 6 months yet I just wonder if maybe they pulled on the wire and jarred it loose or hit the o2 sensor when the were unbolting the transmission plug. It's just odd that I didn't have this problem until I left jiffy lube

I received an estimate online for oil change for $119.00 i drove there and waited for 20 minutes , he walks up to me and tells me it will be $149 i said but i have an estimate that says $119 and i do have a $15 coupon ! He says we can give you $10 discount !! Like if i wanna pay $150 for an oil change , i will just go to Lexus !! This is the craziest thing i have ever encountered!
