  Service was good and advisor was friendly and kept me updated while I waited in the lobby. Only problem was my key lanyard was broken. I gave my keys to advisor fine when the vehicle was returned to me the lanyard was removed and broken .

  I went to Hardin Buick GMC to look at a Durango I was interested in and ended up having Jesse Ramirez as my sales person . On top of getting the SUV of my dreams , Jesse was amazing and made the process so smooth for us . He shared stories with us while we waited and made the time fly . He was very sweet and had such a welcoming energy ! We absolutely adored him ! Thank You Jesse for being the amazing person that you are and making this process easy for me . I have dealt with many salesmen at different dealerships but none compare to Jesse ! I highly recommend buying a car here and especially from Jesse ! Beyond grateful !

  Was looking for a GMC Canyon Denali and after a not so good experience at a previous dealer was hesitant to try again. But after working with Jim Keys at Hardin GMC in Anaheim I had the very best experience. First of all he met us at the entrance and offered us waters. Once I told him what I came for it was a quick pleasant experience. Got the truck I came for without spending hours going back and forth which my wife and I greatly appreciated. If you want a great car without the hassle and spending your whole day going back and forth for nothing come Hardin GMC in Anaheim and ask for Jim Keys. my experience was the best I’ve had at any dealer.

  I contacted Hardin Buick GMC through their website about a Sierra EV AT4 I saw. I was connected with their internet sales representative, Jesse Ramirez. Jesse was professional and courteous the whole time, and never pressured or rushed me into buying a car. All communications were done through email and text messages, and when I showed up to make the final deal, Jesse was just as professional and courteous. I am glad I made the 2 hour drive down to Hardin to buy my truck. They offered the best deal in the area and made the buying process easy. I would recommend Hardin Buick GMC to anyone looking to buy a new car.
