  Alamo was not being helpful over a simple flat tire. Sent my wife to this location who basically shrugged and said “Our doors are open but we’re closed.” When she pointed out that we have a reservation and were sent here they informed us they have no cars. Sent an uber to take her to a new location who tried to turn her away also. Stranded in a place we are not from and have never been before this week. Our one day to relax was instead spent being shepherded all over the county and brushed off like we didn’t matter. Do not go here.

  THIS SPOT IS NOT OPEN!!!! The customer service is also rude and unhelpful. We rented a car from Enterprise and called, in advance, to return it at this Enterprise location. We called 2 times, each time with the representative on the phone hanging up on us?? Only on the 3rd call did we receive confirmation that we could return the car at this location. However, upon arriving to this location, we saw that the building was completely closed and not open to the public, DESPITE CONFIRMING THAT WE COULD LEAVE THE CAR HERE. When we called customer service, they said we could leave the keys in the “After Hours Drop Off” box, but they wouldn’t be able to verify the return until the following week. This means that we would be charged extra days for the rental. We asked if there was another location we could return the car to, to which they put us on hold, then hung up. I would not recommend this Enterprise location at ALL.

  I rented a car from Long Beach Airport (great service there) on Thanksgiving Day at 3:30 pm. I asked both when I made the reservation, and again at pick-up, if I could return the car the next morning. I was told yes, that I could do that, and that if I returned it within 24 hours of my pick-up time, I would be charged for just one day. I went to The Weir Canyon location to return the car (as planned) the next day at 11:35am. The location was closed, and the lot was full. I got the last parking spot. The sign on the door said to use the key drop box, which I did. A day or so later, I got a my invoice emailed to me stating that I dropped the car off at 8:00pm! I am guessing that no one came in to that location to check the cars in until that time. I have since called Enterprise Corporate three times to get this resolved. They were nice on the phone, but didn't get my bill resolved, or call me back. I have called the Weir Canyon location on multiple occasions, only to get no answer, or be put on hold for endless amounts of time. The last time I called, someone picked the phone up and set it on the counter, I could hear them talking to a customer, so I waited until I heard the customer finish his transaction. I heard the rep pick up the phone so I immediately said "Hello" and the rep hung up on me. I tried to call once again today before writing this review, and, again...no answer. I am going to start using a different rental car company on my bi-monthly trips to CA so that I can avoid this location.
