No one here at opening, called ahead of time to ensure we’d be able to get a car at 8am and Enterprise ensured us this would be no issue and no one showed up to open to office until 8:30. Not a great option for trip planning, use Uber if you can and have an early flight or appointment. Can’t rely on this location being open when they say they will be.

Brutal experience, had to wait in the office for over an hour past when we were reserved to get our car.

We recently picked up a car at Pixar Place to visit a museum in Hollywood. It was a flawless exchange. Kudos to Enterprise! Highly recommend!

ENTERPRISE, PLEASE GIVE THESE FOLKS AT THE STORE SOME SUPPORT!!! I have been an Enterprise Rent-A-Car customer since my late teens and early 20's. I came here on the 15th of July, needed a car to drive my sister back to Northern California. Okay, in my mind, okay, in and out, maybe 20 minutes there at the most. It ended up taking about 2 hours. When I came in, there was one employee behind the counter, a younger lady with 4 people waiting and a man outside screaming why it took him almost 2 hours just drop off a car and that he was late for everything. A few minutes lady, a lady walked out of the office room and started helping too. I was hopeful that I wouldn't be there long. I waited for about 20 minutes, I walked up to her and asked if this process could be any faster. She seemed stressed out, maybe being short-staffed, someone calling out, I get it, no one wants to work these days and just stay home and get free free free... So I was very understanding of that, I asked for her business card and her response is why I'm writing this review "I don't have a business card, my name is Katie and I'm the area manager" in her frustrated voice "IS THERE A PROBLEM?" Honestly maybe I shouldn't even write this review as it paints her in a bad light, I can tell she was frustrated as more and more customers came in and I felt like she was powerless. It was a pretty hot day too, typically in these situations, I would get the stressed out staff a cold Gatorade or something because I am kind of in the same line of business, but I walked outside and no stores nearby. It's tough in California these days, the young people don't want to work and there is just simply no solution to it, you can't really borrow employees from another store because they might be in the same situation, and it's hard to discipline these employees as California is not going to back you up for it. And Enterprise doesn't want to hire extra people because it'll be over budget and what if everyone DOES show up to work, then you'll have to pay them. It's a catch 22, and it doesn't help that customers are more and more impatient and have a shorter fuse these days. I really felt for Katie, though she had a big title, ultimately corporate has the biggest title of them all. This review is to address Enterprise, you guys need to put your heads together and find a solution, so good folks like Katie won't be updating her resume. She's definitely not a bad person or bad service person, because she didn't make it to where she is by being rude or having an attitude, she worked hard for it, she was just simply overwhelmed to a boiling point. One high-light I do want to give is to Leo, he came out of the back, positive vibes, assured me that he was going to try to upgrade me for the long wait, in the end he couldn't but that was okay because he tried. He was more patient, professional but I'm sure he would have buckled had he worked inside the office then outside. Since I couldn't find a store to get Katie a cold drink to let her know that there are normal good customers out there... I gave Leo $20 and asked him to get him and Katie a Coke or something. He assured me he would. He even called me later that evening to make sure I arrived in Northern Cali safely and if everything was alright. But Enterprise, this office is next to Disneyland, you need to give them more support!! in turns you give yourself a better brand name, you give yourselves more support! Help you better you, help you make more money for you. Give these good folks at the store more support so they don't buckle and tell their families they hate their jobs when they come home.
