  I had heard good things about this dealership before doing business with them, which is why I felt comfortable moving forward. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what I expected. I closed a deal with one of their employees where we agreed that part of the payment would be wired and the remaining balance would be sent via Zelle. They did wire a portion of the money, but the rest that was supposed to be sent through Zelle was never sent as agreed. Communication after that became frustrating, and I did not receive what I was clearly told I would receive. When you’re dealing with large financial transactions, trust and follow-through are everything. Sadly, that wasn’t my experience here. I hope they improve their transparency and stick to the exact terms they agree on with customers.

  Recently sold my car to Car Trackers. Hamza responded to my website request in less than 30 mins at 6pm on a Sunday. He was able to beat all my existing offers over the phone, picked up my car in less than 24 hours and I had cash in my account before I even handed the keys over. I've sold may cars to dealers and private sale in the past, and the experience with Hamza and Car Trackers was leagues better than anything I've ever dealt with. Will 100% be using Car Trackers in the future and will always recommend them to friends and family.

  I found The Car Trackers randomly through a Google search but had never heard of them. I was a bit skeptical so I did some research and learned they were a legitimate business with BBB. I submitted a request and in less than one hour I was on a video call with Shafi for a quick examination to verify the pictures I had sent were accurate. It was VERY simple. Shafi came back with an offer and, as advertised, was higher than Carmax. Once I agreed to the offer I began communicating with their dispatch center to pickup my vehicle. Ashlynn was very accommodating and personable. She worked with my ever-changing schedule to make this process easy for me and even had my vehicle picked up at the dealership where I purchased my new vehicle. Once the driver verified he was picking up the correct vehicle, the payment was immediately deposited into my account. From the initial appraisal to coordinating the pickup and the minor paperwork that followed, this entire process was simple and most convenient for me. I would definitely recommend The Car Trackers to friends or family based on my experience.

  Signed a purchase order two weeks ago to sell my car to car trackers but they never sussesfully arranged to pick it up. I wasted two days waiting around for their drivers to show and they never did. Lost potential buyers and two weeks because of them. Would not recommend that anyone use this service if you want a smooth selling process.

  I am used to selling my cars to carmax but a friend told me to try car trackers and wow they blew me away with their offer. Offered me a lot more than what carmax was offering and the nice part about all of it, was I did everything from the convenience my home. Huge shoutout to Ammar, he was my advisor and offered me top dollar for my Vehicle and made everything so easy!
