The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the young gentleman "red shirt" who helped me. The "gray shirt" employee seem to degrade the "red shirt" employee stating "red shirt employee is just a regular, they don't know better." I was sent a few cities away for a part that was not available at my local store, confident that I was going to be a happy customer, until this "gray shirt" employee responded with a tone and discrediting what I was told at my local store. I had to settle because I had no choice. This "gray shirt" power tripping employee acted like the part was coming out of their paycheck. Disappointing experience.

After receiving the wrong part from the store, I went back to return it and get the correct sensor. There are 2 knock sensors for my truck, and they only had 1 in stock. So I was told the other store in another city had one, and it was about 10 miles away. As I waited for the single knock sensor and thinking how much gas I'm going to use getting that sensor, rather than going to their competition, I asked the manager if she could give me a little bit of a discount for all this trouble. She looked up from her phone and said, "no", and continued messing with her phone. I almost always use Autozone for all my parts, but this time I went to the competitor, who- after hearing this story - gave me 10% off my knock sensors (which turned out to be $19.60 off $196 in parts). Loyal customer - thousands of dollars every year- gone. That quick. The only time they'll see me is when I warrant my spark plug and wires.
