After receiving the wrong part from the store, I went back to return it and get the correct sensor. There are 2 knock sensors for my truck, and they only had 1 in stock. So I was told the other store in another city had one, and it was about 10 miles away. As I waited for the single knock sensor and thinking how much gas I'm going to use getting that sensor, rather than going to their competition, I asked the manager if she could give me a little bit of a discount for all this trouble. She looked up from her phone and said, "no", and continued messing with her phone. I almost always use Autozone for all my parts, but this time I went to the competitor, who- after hearing this story - gave me 10% off my knock sensors (which turned out to be $19.60 off $196 in parts). Loyal customer - thousands of dollars every year- gone. That quick. The only time they'll see me is when I warrant my spark plug and wires.

I had a recent visit here at Autozone because my car was having issues and my battery light had went on. I figured it was just my battery as it is technically the "incorrect" size for my car as I was given a wrong one from Napa, so I went ahead and bought a new one. I was told I can come back the next day to have them replace my battery, and so I went and they didn't even have all their tool set available at the store. I had asked them to run a diagnostics test on my car and they just went ahead and forgot, I asked three times, and they just forgot.
Since they didn't have the right tools, I was told to go to a different autozone, and I couldn't because I obviously was not going to go if my battery light is on, so I just bought my own tools and the same guy who was helping me didn't even offer to help when he saw me checking out the tools via self checkout.
Seems like the workers probably aren't too sure with what they are doing at this place.

Super busy store with only a couple of lady staff working counter. Needed 1/4” fuel line. Check online $1.99/ft. At store I had to go back room to find the fuel line myself. At checkout. She say $6.45 a foot. Walked out. Autozone get your shit together. Don’t click and bite us. If you can’t sell what you listed online. Don’t sell it.

I dropped off the battery for recharge around 6 pm. 30 mins later ...... This......... I told him its a lithium powersports battery & dude didn't even listen to me fully and went to the back to recharge. Told me 30 mins. Told'em I'll probably need it full night recharge and dude said 30 mins enough for this size of battery...................
After 30 mins, figures I'll continue to recharge it myself and went to pick it up. And this.
