Battery failed during warranty and I had my receipt. Claimed that my phone number did not pull up in the system. Showed my receipt with my name and phone number printed on it. Did not get much better after that. Bottom line, I am done with AutoZone. Do yourself a favor and drive down two blocks to O'Reilly's. Work to hard to waste so much money on a poor product with shady warranty practices.
- NGNehan GhimirayDec 12, 20251.0Left my battery @ 6pm for a recharge. Told him it's lithium supersports battery when dropping off. Dude didn't even listen to me fully and went for a recharge. Told me 30 mins. Called somebody to make sure it takes only 30 mins for a recharge and found out I'll probably need overnight recharge to be charged fully. Went back in and told him. He said 30 mins is fine for battery this size. Knowing 30 mins not gonna work and worried about my battery, I went to pick it up to continue recharging myself. I get my battery back but it's all blown up.
