  Made an online order, I called before I went to pick it up to confirm they had the part, I showed up and they tell me that the part is not there. Bad inventory control! check for your online order before you show up to this location.

  I had a great experience at the AutoZone branch located at 2145 W Lincoln Ave, Anaheim, CA 92801. The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with whatever you need for your car. They take the time to answer questions and help you find the right parts. About a year ago, this was also the branch that honored the warranty replacement for my Duralast battery, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated how professional and accommodating the team was. If you're looking for a reliable auto parts store with great customer service and a wide selection of parts and accessories, I highly recommend this location. They truly have everything you need for your car.

  The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because of the young gentleman "red shirt" who helped me. The "gray shirt" employee seem to degrade the "red shirt" employee stating "red shirt employee is just a regular, they don't know better." I was sent a few cities away for a part that was not available at my local store, confident that I was going to be a happy customer, until this "gray shirt" employee responded with a tone and discrediting what I was told at my local store. I had to settle because I had no choice. This "gray shirt" power tripping employee acted like the part was coming out of their paycheck. Disappointing experience.
