- JCJoy constanceMar 19, 20261.0I had a terrible experience with Alamo Rent A Car at the Anaheim Resort District location. I booked a car for 9:00 AM, only to be told there were no cars available until 3:00 PM. That’s a 6-hour delay with no prior notice or communication. What’s the point of making a reservation if the vehicle isn’t actually guaranteed? This completely disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress. The staff didn’t offer a proper solution or compensation—just told us to wait. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this location to anyone who actually needs a car when they reserve it

- ALAndrew LMar 15, 20261.0I accidentally booked the wrong date. I booked one month prior to the date I needed my rental for. I called to see if they could do anything for me whatsoever. They could not refund me. No big deal. Then, they told me they would charge me an additional $100 on top of not refusing me. I totally understand that I'm past the refund period and the money is gone, but offering zero help while at the same time charging an additional fee is absolutely horrible customer service. I just simply won't rent from them ever again.
