Technician doing the oil was actually great just looked annoyed at the other check in technicians . Got here at 12:10 left at 1:26pm We also never got shown the oil at the end of the service . It took 3 of the techs to figure out how to open my hood (they said it was stuck but I had it open 2 days ago and it wasn't even stiff) then they take my air filter out to show me it's dirty (I know it's part of the schtick) On my way home I find the engine not sounding right so I look... Not only did they put the filter back in backwards but they didn't latch the bottom of the air box and just forced it closed on the top, breaking a part of the housing. I will not be returning.
