- JCJulia CamposNov 8, 20251.0Nozzle for pump #7 was leaking gasoline as soon as I grabbed it. I know it was not something I did because my hand was behind the trigger. As soon as I removed the nozzle and went to put it in my car, gasoline started to pour out all over the floor and on my car. Told the attendant about this and he started to accuse me that it was my fault. He also shrugged and stated "nothing I can do". Yeah.. a big puddle of gasoline on the floor and he didnt even care to assess what happened to shut off #7 pump and let a manager know that it's broken?? it's ridiculous, this place needs to hire people that will actually do their job.

The gas hose has a HOLE in it (not noticeable) and when I went to hold the handle to put gas in, a LOT of gas started LEAKING out all over my car and the floor. i lost money from this and did not receive it back since the attendants were “not allowed” to give me a refund. this is insanity, the gas kept LEAKING outside and not in my car. They did not help me at all by giving me a discount or at least give me my money back? I had to move to the other pump and the dude was incredibly rude and unhelpful as he was going to leave without helping.

- JPJess PhoenixAug 1, 20251.0Stopped to buy water and use the restroom. The cashier was rude from the time I said, "Excuse me," until I left the store. She treated both me and my husband like we were trying to rob her for needing to use the bathroom. I spent 8 years working retail, and never once did I dream of being as unprofessional and hostile to someone wanting to patronize my store as this woman was. Try the other gas station in this plaza, or the Target if you don't need gas. Avoid giving this one your business until they can hire staff who don't try to bite your head off for trying to interact with them.
