  Rented a Toyota Camry The staff was good friendly and loved the options they have i pre booked from costco so i got it for cheap and return was easy too the only thing i felt wrong was i traveled 180 miles or around and the fuel i filled was like 10G which is supposed to be around 6 to 7 Gallons there is issue with their fuel gauge with that car but i dint get any help from their support regarding that

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Luis at Enterprise. From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He was professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Luis definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car following a rental that was arranged through my insurance provider, GEICO. My rental was fully set up by GEICO as part of my insurance claim, and I was clearly advised that they would be responsible for covering the cost of the rental. I used the vehicle for seven days and returned it as agreed, expecting the process to be seamless since this was handled through insurance. However, after returning the vehicle, I began receiving repeated calls from Enterprise requesting payment. This was both confusing and frustrating, as I was under the understanding that all billing and communication regarding payment should be handled directly between GEICO and Enterprise—not the customer. As a long-standing Enterprise customer, I did not expect to be put in the middle of what appears to be a lack of coordination between the rental company and the insurance provider. It is not appropriate for customers to be contacted or pressured for payment when a third-party insurer has already taken responsibility for the reservation. Unfortunately, this experience has negatively impacted my trust. While I have used Enterprise in the past, I would hesitate to use or recommend them for insurance-related rentals moving forward unless their communication and billing processes improve significantly.

  I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've been dealing with issues with my car for almost 3 months (I've had my car a total of maybe 10 days since January) and have been sent to this Enterprise by my dealership every time for a loaner. I've interacted with every member of the staff here on several occasions and have visited this Enterprise 15-20 times this year, and the entire team here is absolutely amazing. Whether they have a line out the door or it's just me, it always feels like I'm the only customer. Everyone is incredibly generous with their time, attention, and care, and they're all very kind and really pleasant to talk to. All my visits here have been under frustrating circumstances (manufacturer recalls, tows, my car breaking down, dealership negligence, etc.), but I always walk out with a smile on my face.
