That said, a couple of suggestions: 1. The previous franchise had this issue too—after membership scans, a clearer traffic flow would prevent line-cutting and ensure everyone gets the correct wash and avoid awkward customer to customers confrontations I have noticed. This will streamline everything. 2. Add a 5-10 minute timer at the drying bays to prevent congestion from extended detailing. As a long-term member, I’d love to see a loyalty program—maybe free towels, air fresheners, or bonus incentives. On a positive note, seeing upper management interacting at the bays shows you care, and the team’s upbeat attitude is fantastic. I look forward to many more years of business with you—you’re the best!
