Had an appointment at 10am for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked if it would be ready by 1pm and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I came back after waiting 3 and a half hours to pick it up. My truck hadn't moved from my original parking spot. The front desk guy said the tech is on lunch and will get to it after. I took my key and left. Horrible service.
I was referred here by my tire warranty after I blew a tire hitting a pothole. It was a horrific experience. I arrive to no one at the counter. After about 10 minutes I knocked on the service bay door to get some help. Downhill from there.
The guy at the desk told me I would have to replace all tires. Not unexpected, and I had already cleared with the warranty that they would cover one of the tires. They just asked that the service center call them.
Well, after the kid at the desk told me, without much comprehension, that the warranty didn't apply, despite my clearing that with them first, I asked for the manager. I waited and waited.
When he finally arrived he was gruff, dismissive, and belligerent. He treated me like I was an idiot, angrily telling me that I needed to replace all 4 tires (which I knew already) and insisting that the warranty was for a single tire, not all four. When I tried explaining that it would cover the impacted tire and I paid the rest, he didn't even let me finish. What's more, when I said he should call the warranty provider as they requested, he cut me off, saying, "I'm not calling anyone!"
I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he told me to get lost and get out. It was a terrible experience that I hope never to repeat.
I call and get an appointment, but when I came in they said they cannot do it for the day because they are totally booked !! What the heck is that?
The people on front desk say the people who book it doesn't know their schedule?!!! Then what's is the purpose of the appointment? The phone number on this specific location is listed here on Google map but front desk said people who answer my call doesn't know the schedule which is 3 days before mine and that person is at the front desk? Then ask when is next available time, he said anytime ... Well I don't trust it. If everything is frost come first serve, you should state that and cancel your appointment system.
I'll take my business elsewhere where trust and respect is valued.

Just 2 stars for fulfilling the service but with extreme delay and unprofessional behaviour with customer:
I bought a set of tires (4) for my car on an online platform who also setup direct appointment with local service provider with additional fee. So I got an appointment for tire change at this shop. I also called them 3 days in advance for confirmation and brought my car on the day of appointment for tire change. The employee denied to have appointment in their system despite I had confirmation as email and sms on my phone. He told me to bring the car on next day at 10:00 am instead. I had no other option, so I brought my car next day. Now he was telling me, we don't have free slot right now. Leave the car now ad we will call you when it's done. I was bit upset but convinced them to finish the job until 1:00 pm.
But when I was there at 1:00 pm it wasn't done. I still had to wait for more 2 hours. They apologised and offered me a voucher for free oil change. I accepted the offer and went to work by uber.
After a month I went to them for oil change with the voucher, they offered me. I had called them 3 days kn advance for an appointment. Same as last time, they didn't have appointment in their system again and told me they would let me know when oil change is done. I asked him to give me fix time, so I can plan my day and remind him (same gentleman from last time)the incident from last time. But then he became really aggressive and gave my key and voucher back and told "no further discussion, if you want service just leave the car here or you bring your car somewhere else."
That wasn't what I was expecting to be behaved as a customer. So I brought my car somewhere else. I still have free voucher for oil change, which I am not going to use ever.
