Amazing service! My tire pressure sensor kept lighting up and I couldn’t figure out why. I brought it in to Tire Choice and within a very fast turnaround time they had identified a nail puncture and had me back on the road quickly. I will be coming here for all future tire needs and I will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family!

I just changed my tires two day ago. I forgot to bring the estimated paper when I picked up my car. The front desk charged me higher price, but he said the same. I came back a day later, he said he couldn’t change anything because everything was already set. I fell so disappointed for this.

I would recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Albany to anyone. My wife and I were running errands in Albany/El Cerrito when I realized that one of our tires was losing air quickly. First, I tried the Costco tire center – they were totally booked up. I called the Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Albany and spoke with Victor. He explained that he was fairly busy, so he might not be able to repair it today, but he'd at least put on the spare for me. When we got there, I had to remove a box of dishes we were taking to Goodwill from the trunk so we could access the spare tire. As I was trying to do that, several plates fell through the bottom of the box and shattered on the cement floor, creating a mess, which I cleaned up as well as I could. Victor told me not to worry. He pulled off the damaged tire, found the nail, patched the hole explaining his method as he went, and replaced the repaired tire. All this took him about 15 minutes. Victor is not only very good at what he does, he was extremely kind and patient. When we do need new tires, this is where I plan to go.

I had such a wonderful experience at Tire Choice in Albany! I stopped by yesterday after noticing my front left tire kept losing pressure, even after inflating it several times over the past few weeks. I was warmly welcomed by Greg Allen, the Store Manager, who was nothing short of exceptional from the very first moment. Although the shop was fully booked for the day, Greg kindly invited me to return the next morning at 8am so he could properly take care of my car. True to his word, his team promptly inspected the tire, found a nail lodged inside, and repaired it quickly and professionally. To my complete surprise, Greg generously refused to charge me. Beyond his technical expertise, Greg brings something even more special to the experience — genuine kindness, integrity, and a true dedication to serving the community. His warm welcome, generous heart, and big smile truly made my day. Thank you, Greg, for going above and beyond. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Tire Choice Albany to anyone looking for honest, skilled, and caring service!

I won't go into details but the atmosphere (fox news blaring) and customer service was awful, not to mention I got another flat moments after a full tire inspection and buying a new tire and getting it put on. (maybe a coincidence, but maybe not). The first time, they left the tire valve cap loose on the brand new replacement tire, and the second time, my tire was missing the cap completely (although had one on before). Hmm. If you're not of a *certain demographic*, seems like you might be in trouble here, if you know what I mean. Go somewhere else more trusted.
