The next morning I phoned and spoke with Greg, who told me that it would probably be the next day before they could get to my car, which was fine with me. I went to pick it up the next day, and Greg refused to accept any money because he felt they should have fixed it sooner, even though they finished when he said they would! What amazing service!!

I contacted Greg at Tire Choice and they luckily had one tire available that matched my car and they were able to replace the tire while I waited. Flash forward to this week when I unluckily got another bolt in the same tire that I just got replaced! Given that I got great service last time I went back to Greg and he said they could repair it. Much to my surprise when I went back to pick up Greg did not charge me for the repair! Super thanks to Greg and the team for turning my misfortune into a ray of sunshine this rainy weekend! Will be coming back in the future for sure!

Got a slow leak through a punctured tire on the freeway which turned into a flat by the time we got to brunch in El Cerrito. Found this place was open on the holiday with a quick internet search. Greg Allen, the store manager, was kind, honest and efficient. They patched the tire quickly, didn't try to upsell me, e.g. on getting new tires and sent us on our way. Don't know what we would have done without them!
