I came in and enjoyed his enthusiasm so much I decided to get an oil change. Jack was honest trustworthy and gave me the full price before the was done. Car runs great thanks tire choice auto center. Called weeks ahead of time to confirm that the shop was able to install oversized tires they said yes. Called again a week in advance and the day before to confirm appointment and took the day off work. They waited til I showed up to the frikkin appointment to then let me know they don’t have the proper equipment to balance tires of this size and they couldn’t install them. Then blamed it on the company I ordered from for not contacting me🙄

I had filled up my tires at a couple gas stations throughout the last week but the tire pressure kept going down. I went in to Choice Auto to have them check & JACK was on it! He checked & confirmed no puncture and even filled up all my tires as a courtesy. He was so kind & even gave me some advice about my tires. I really appreciated him so much and this a great end to my 2025!! Thank you JACK!!! Also, he had on some really cool glasses

I was thrilled to find that Tire Choice was open on a Sunday afternoon, as I had never been here before. Jack L was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional both on the phone and when I arrived. He shared a lot of knowledge and tips with me, and I felt that I was in good hands. I ended up needing to have both front tires replaced because the tread was worn down on my other tire, and I also needed an alignment, which I didn’t know I needed but am glad it was discovered and fixed. Overall very satisfied with everything, all done in less than two hours.
