  Chris at the front desk is very polite&patient when listening to my car issues. He takes the time to clarify in layman’s terms what is causing the problem & clearly states he will give me a call to let me know what the technician’s diagnosis is & the solution & tentative cost . He does all of this while still greeting other customers,and politely placing other customers who are calling on hold. Thank you Chris and the unseen technicians for their professionalism.

  These folks saved my day - drove over a screw, arrived just in time (air hissing out of tire). They were able to repair it for probably a tenth of what a new tire costs on my full size SUV, and I was in/out in barely an hour.

  Bought new tires almost 4 years ago, and recently got a nail in one. Called the shop, and they were able to patch it the next day. Free of charge because it was still under warranty. I go to them for my oil changes too. 5/5.
