Safe Harbor Marina Village in Alameda is that place. It was recently acquired by the Safe Harbor group. They always do a great job with improving the Marinas that they own and manage. I am in the camp that loves the way they keep their Marinas and the amenities that they provide. My wife and I currently are members of Safe Harbor and keep our boat in the Ventura Isle Marina in Ventura California. Fact is, I was depressed at continuing to visit Bay Area Marinas that were unsafe, were located in areas without restaurants or grocery stores, or had other troublesome issues. When I visited, I talked with Jaria who answered all of my questions and allowed me to look at a slip or two.
