IE reserve a car and they don’t have the model you wanted and bait and switch you wand it takes forever but today was exceptionally Fed up. I reserved a car got a call to confirm my reservation two days out. I show up a few mins late granted but the place is empty. The manager tells the counter person when she asked where my car was that my car has a spare on it and needs to be swapped out with the airport. Literally hear him say this to her then she loos at me and tells me “well you’re a little late and it looks like we don’t have the car you reserved any longer so we can get one from the airport if you want to wait or we have an suv but it’s an additional cost” I was like I just heard him say my reservation had a spare on it when you asked him where the car was… lied right to my face and also why didn’t the manger just call and tell me that ? The whole place sucks and I’m never going back they just try and rip you off and then lie and treat you like an idiot. Taking it to a formal complaint this time because it’s a bunch of bs and cost me time and money.
