  I have taken my car here for years (since the old days with Bob, really miss him). Got my husband to go here, too. Was really frustrating a year or 2 ago when the ball kept getting dropped on some major work and I had to keep taking it back because it wasn’t fixed right. Or I would leave it there for a week and find out later they didn’t even look at it to get a diagnosis. That was fun. But that was previous management and they were clearly understaffed at the time so I tried again. And I like Cameron, he’s friendly and has a good way. Last week I brought it in for a flat tire patch. Was told that is now $40-something dollars. Ok no problem (used to be free and you tip them but that’s the way of the world). But then they called back and told me the studs with nuts on the wheel would need to be broken off and replaced because they were “over-torqued by whoever did them previously..” the problem is the people that did them previously was…Agoura Car Care - I had all 4 tires replaced there a few years ago. That’s really disappointing to be charged for the fault of the very place you took the car to. I didn’t argue because I needed my car back. So overall I was out $110.24 and now I’m worried about the studs and nuts on my other 3 wheels - when I eventually need work on those will I be told those were over-torqued too? I think I will take somewhere else next time, this is just the last in a very long line of issues that leave me feeling less confident about it.

  Misogynistic people work here. I called and gave them my exact tire size, 225/45ZR19 (yes, I can read the side of a tire). They told me they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked if they could order it for the next day. Instead, they insisted they needed to “assess” my car to make sure that was actually the correct tire size. In other words: because I’m a woman, they assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about. For context, my family owns both a transmission shop and an auto body shop, so I know more than enough about something as basic as reading a tire size. My rim isn’t damaged. There was nothing else they needed to “assess.” I would not recommend this place to women unless you want to be treated as if your competence is automatically below a man’s.

  Came in on a Saturday on a Flatbed w/ 2 Pass Side Tires Punctured BAD up in the St. Monica Mountains ... Called and got a reasonable Price for 2 Good Tires I KNEW I would like. Fortunately they had them IN STOCK, and Mgr. ISRAEL and his Tech got me IN and OUT in very short time. Price Honored and was just a few hours late to my original destination (Waiting for Tow , NOT the Tire Replacement Main Reason, lol !). Awesome Place, and People !! Thanks Guys !

  Avoid this place at all costs! Had a puncture at Wood Ranch and since they were 2 mins headed over. I was told that the couldn’t repair the tire because the wear was too much. FYI - I have a brand new 3 month old Tesla model Y. I asked how could that possible be on new tires. He said ask Tesla! They saw I was struggling but gave me no alternate. I traveled 8 mins to Calabasas Car Care Tire and Xpress Lube who confirmed the tires were new and that I had been lied to so they could simple sell me a new tire. Calabasas Car Care were amazing. Jose fixed the repair in about 10 mins and I was on my way. Avoid this place. They have no problem lying to customers in order to make money.
