- WEWendy ElmanApr 23, 20265.0Agoura Car Care is a great place for car repair. I made an appointment to have a fog lamp replaced. I was apprehensive taking my car in as a lone woman. I was treated with courtesy. They did not try to sell me any "needed" extras. The fog lamp repair was perfect.

- IRInspired Pursuits REApr 18, 20263.0The Manager is a nice guy but honestly they took the entire day to fix the hoses on my car bc they only had one mechanic on a Friday or so they said. So as everyone knows the longer it takes to fix a repair the more they can charge you and so presto magic it was ready at exactly 6pm. Right when the were closing for the day. I drove it off the lot of the repair shop and it stalled out having to call triple A to toe it bc while the tool all day to fix the radiator hoses they loosens the hose for the gas line and now it had another issue that no one called me back to help me with. I am not happy and I would think they would guarantee their work but I guess not. They just created another issue I will eventually have to pay for and this last charge for their work was $1700 plus.

Was able to call in the night before and was told if I brought the my car in the morning they'd be able to take care of me within a couple of hours. Not only did that hold true prices were very reasonable. I spoke with Israel, excellent customer service, always shot it to me straight. No wheelin and dealing. Don't usually leave reviews. But got to give credit where it's due. Great shop! Good people!
