- JLJessica LuciukMay 25, 20265.0Couldn’t be happier with the customer service. I had the oil changed in my truck and as others have stated, no pressure to ‘ad on’ any service you do not want. They explained options to me clearly as I am not knowledgeable when it comes to mechanics of a vehicle. After the oil change, I noticed a couple of oil leaks (very small) under my vehicle for the next week. My understanding is that sometimes this happens (so I have been told in the past from other vendors I have used). However, it wasn’t stopping as it had in the past, so I phoned. They told me to bring it in and they would recheck everything. Again, I was happy to bring it back to make sure it wasn’t a serious error. They rechecked things and let me know this was caused by a build up of dirt clogging a drain.. they also changed out the oil filter ‘just in case’ and retopped off the oil. Again, explained to me what they saw and then they made it right. The manager let me know he would investigate if the original service had seen the problem or not. I am not perfect so I don’t expect perfection. I don’t see it as their error, but they treated it like it was. I am impressed by this. They made everything more than right, including rechecking my tires and fluids. I couldn’t be happier that they made everything right with no added cost to me. - MCMak CMay 7, 20265.0I think that you should travel from where ever you are to this specific location. Where do I begin? Firstly Micheal was unbelievable. He really knew his stuff and I felt his confidence. I had just bought a used car and he went above and beyond to help me. The other staff unfortunately I didn’t get their names but they were very personable and skilled. Someone give these guys a raise! Don’t lose that staff. I was there Wednesday May 6 mid day if you want to give the staff on shift a pat on the back.
