I stopped giving them work when the guy on the phone got all whiny when I told him I'm providing the new parts to replace (easy job too, 4 bolts). The shop I took it to instead had zero issues with the install, we even shared a few chuckles about the "whiny kid on the phone". If FT didn't want to take my money, who was I to argue?
