    I rented a car through my insurance with Enterprise in at Albert: Darrin was very nice and helpful but there had been issues. Being charged extra and I left 2 items in the side console a when I called to ask they rented the car out already! Obviously it wasn’t cleaned because they would have found the items and called me to let me know it was left. The rental Was out for along time - I called several Times to ask if it’s back and they were no help. When I just spoke to them ( this had been going on since Feb!!!) and the rental Is back a they have no clue about thr items. When I spoke to Darrin he apologized but dint do anything. I likely will only rent from the 97 st enterprise they were way better . Not impressed and I’ve never got my stuff back!! Any staff other than Darrin don’t know rhey the heck is going on . So unorganized!!!!
