- GGGeorge GilbeauJul 22, 20261.0At our last Oil Change, the tech overtightenened and stripped the bolts to the oil pan on our Honda vehicle. (we spoke to a tech, they looked it up and admitted they did the last oil change 8K ago). My wife brought the vehicle back at the 8K Oil change mark and was told by the tech that the bolts were stripped and they couldn't fix it as they didn't have the tools, and to contact the manager Cameron. We did, and were informed that "this was a Honda issue" and that when oil changes arent performed regularly, "things seize up". Basically we were told, its not their problem, there is nothing they can do about it, its not there fault, go somewhere else to deal with it. I guess we will.

Also unable to warranty their work since I was not willing to provide them my full address. Will not be returning, they don't do a proper Job, don't stand behind their work and well overpriced
