GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LEGAL NAME CHANGES.
I'm an AMA member so when I wanted to legally change my name, I went to this registry. Normally my experiences here regarding vehicle registration etc are perfectly fine. But so far my experience with the legal name change process has been a literal nightmare. Maybe the woman who processed by application simply wasn't familiar with the name change documents, but I received a call two days later saying that there was a problem with my documents and that I would have the begin the entire process all over again (including paying multiple fees). When I showed up in person and asked for an explanation for what was incorrect, this woman had no clue how to read the documents and I had to show her where the proper information was. She also falsely informed me about a replacement birth certificate. Clearly she has no clue how the legal name change process works and has wasted literal hours of my life trying to sort this out. Save your time and sanity and go someplace else if you're thinking of changing your name.

Come here if you want to sit for multiple hours just to be met with poor service. There’s never been a time where they haven’t been disgustingly busy yet they seem to refuse to hire more people to help fix said issue. I will be cancelling my membership and just using regular registries at this point in time

AMA is terrible! Higher insurance and less coverage and you can't get registration done unless your a member.

I had a superb experience with travel counsellor Jane Walker. She was patient, friendly, and professional throughout the process of booking a very complex flight. I highly recommend her!

Worst service ever never go for this insurance company trying from last 2 days nobody picking up calls at all. Trying to get insurance for mine car, you can make a quote online but you have to call to purchase it. If you don't Wana sell insurance shut down yours company people don't have time to put on hold for 2 to 3 hours or maybe all day. See on purchasing an insurance is too much headaches what about getting claims. Seriously guys big no for this company
