- JJJoshuaAug 22, 20263.0Decided on great Canadian oil change has they provide/offer Valvoline products I was surprised when I asked for 10w30 Even though my vehicle calls for 5W30, I like to run a heavier weight in hotter weather they didn't have it 😔while I was selecting my oil change package I also asked for Lucas oil stabilizer as I always ran Lucas in my oil changes for the past 22 years the attendant said they didn't offer 10w30 or Lucas 😞. I was disappointed but each place is different but what was included was tire pressure check /fluid top up/ light check fantastic! I was taken back when they never offered anything for wipers honestly, that's an upside for me, the final surprise was they never had my air filter in stock never experienced that and I actually needed a new one for once & they never went through a little sample test of driveline fluids like other quick change offer which kind of a letdown. Maybe I had to ask for it. Maybe it was forgotten not really sure just going off of previous experiences at different places But overall an okay experience will definitely return When on a time crunch just have to remember my bottle of Lucas additive
