  The staff are the reason I keep going back, friendly all the time. If a problem arises, its figured out as promptly as possible. I usually get from them a couple times a month and its them that keep getting me to come back. Have had problems with cars and they instantly got me in a different car. Ive had to wait for a car to come in as well but that wasnt a problem, they let me know everytime.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise in Spruce Grove. The entire rental process was quick, easy, and completely stress free. The staff were friendly, professional, and made everything seamless from pickup to return. They provided a clean, well maintained Audi A3 while my Tesla was being repaired, and the vehicle was in great condition. Returning the car was just as easy. They inspected it, confirmed everything looked good, and had me on my way in just a few minutes. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. I highly recommend the Spruce Grove Enterprise location for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

  My insurance company arranged a rental for me while my vehicle was being fixed! It ran longer than anticipated! Went very smoothly from pick up until I dropped it off! , staff were wonderful and very helpful, polite!

  I rented a car from this company online for the 4th to the 5th in Spruce Grove Alberta. The customer service was amazing! They took the time to call me the day before to confirm my rental and answer any questions I may have. When I showed up to pick up my rental I was greeted with smiles and got to meet my customer service agent Teron John. He took the time to go over my booking and all the paperwork. When he was showing the exterior and interior of my rental he also explained to me how damage works. When we finished that he went through all the options on the car. When I brought the vehicle back Teron asked how my trip was and asked how the car worked for me. When Teron was finishing my return paperwork he offered me a ride home instead of calling for a taxi. That my friends shows a good organized company and perfect customer service.
