  I’ve had such a genuinely positive experience with this Enterprise location. This rental has been related to my first-ever motor vehicle accident, so it’s been a terribly stressful and unfamiliar situation for me from the start. Every single person I’ve dealt with, both over the phone and in person, has been incredibly friendly, helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. More than once I’ve gotten off the phone actually feeling in a better mood because the person I spoke with was just so kind and pleasant. What has stood out most is how accommodating and understanding everyone has been. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with the rental, I’ve never felt like I was being an inconvenience. Everything has been handled calmly and easily, and the staff have consistently made the process feel simple instead of stressful. I’ve also really appreciated the flexibility they’ve shown me during what has ended up being a much longer rental than I originally expected. When I needed to renew, everything was handled smoothly and I was able to continue at the same rate, which I really appreciated. Most recently, I asked whether they would need me to switch vehicles since I’ve had the current one for quite a while. They said it wasn’t necessary and asked how I was enjoying the car I was driving, and even offered to let me try a different vehicle if I wanted to. There was no pressure either way — just another example of how friendly and customer-focused everyone has been. The in-person service at this location has been really great. The staff have always been welcoming, warm, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Overall, my experience has been consistently excellent. Every employee I’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond in one way or another, and I’m genuinely grateful for how much easier they’ve made this part of an otherwise incredibly stressful experience following my accident.   Rented a car at the Sherwood Park location today. The young man that picked me up was extremely friendly and professional. The counter staff also went above and beyond. Awesome experience. The vehicle I got was clean and like new. I would definitely return to this location for future rentals, and highly recommend to others.

  I had an excellent experience both on the phone and at the location in Sherwood Park - Suzanne was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely rent from here again and plan to in the future!
