- CBChris Brisbane6 days ago1.0They rented me a truck. I came back an hour later and asked them to fill up one of the tires with air because the sensor went off. They told me it was just the sensor. So for a week, I was out of town spending money on an air compressor at a gas station every morning.
- JCJames Crocker6 days ago2.0Nice people but the hours of operation are absolutely horrible. Edmonton/Sherwood Park is an environment where a majority of people work past 6pm. For a business to close it’s door between 5:00-5:30 is ridiculous. And then on top of that they charge you an extra day rate because they close so early. Better hours needed.

They overlook any damage on their rentals and try to convince you that everything is minor and there is no need to worry about it. Then, when you bring their beaten up cars back, they will take a "magnified glass" to inspect it and will blame you for every single scratch, dent, etc. Even if you're in a rush like I was, take plenty of pictures and make a video of the rental before you leave their yard, that way you can at least fight the claim they will open against you. Worst experience ever!
